We ordered King Steer burger, 2 medium chips, get real cheese beef and get real chicken cheese burger. Fortuneatly for us we ate the food in store. The beef burger was fine even though the quality of food is not what it use to be. Steers and Mcdonalds are now competition for each other steers no longer serve the big juicy patty like before it is now a processed flat mcdonalds patty. What a joke the get real chicken burger was. We looked for a manger who was not present she had step out to shop at spar. When she did return we called her to which she looked at us if we were crazy and made us walk after her so she could pack her food away. once showing her what we received she did not apologise she just said to us that is the right chicken its just suppose to be butterflied. She offered to rectify the situation which took another 10min to cook 50g chicken. The staff were walking around in casual clothes one was on her way out and helped herself to chips for her sandwich and the other was grilling without a mop cap on. The manager who cooked the chicken did not wash her hands upon return to the store. Wont be returning to this store and would like to email the picture we have.
