I bought a burger and chips from Steers earlier on, and asked for extra cheese. Much to my dismay, there's no cheese in my burger! I paid for it. Why didn't I get cheese in my burger? It's the first time I purchased my food from this particular branch, and I am really disappointed. Is this the kind of service you would like to be known for? I mean, it wasn't even busy when I was there, so I don't see any reason why my order was wrong.
