Poor Service and Bad Attitude

On Saturday 2 March 2013 we stopped at Wimpy Block House North to have breakfast on our way to JHB. This was just after 09h20.We've ordered 1 x kids cheese burger, 1 x Bacon/cheese burger with chips, 1 x Veggie burger with chips and 1 x Mega Breakfast. About 5 of the tables were occupied and to me that wasn't really busy. After placing our order we waited more than half an hour for our food. My mother eventually got up to go ask our waiter PHINA how long the food are still going to take, as she found her standing by the kithcen talking to the staff working there. Then a lady working in the kitchen JACOBETH, told my mother in a raised voice that she must wait as they are busy. After another 10 min we got up and wanted to pay for our drinks and cancel the order. Then PHINA came and said she is bringing the food. The food was cold. The veggie burger had NO sauce on and the "patty" was soaked in oil. When I picked up the burger to eat it, the oil was dripping off my hands. The chips were also over cooked and almost burned and the toast from the Mega breakfast was also burnt. Not once while eating did the waiter come to check on us and we had to walk to the till to ask for the bill. POOR!
