Walker Drive worst PnP

I went on 29 Dec 2013 to PnP Walker Drive in PE at 10:00 to buy cheese rolls. The lady at the bakery was unfriendly and did not greet me even after I greeted her. I then went to a till to pay cash for the rolls. The cashier took my money, but then indicated that he does not have change. I requested him to cancel the transaction to allow me to pay with my credit card, but this could not be done as there was no supervisor in the front section of the store. I was subsequently given my change minus R20 and told to wait. The packer was asked to go and look for change, but could not find any change at the other tills. She disappeared and after 5 minutes I asked to speak to the manager. The store does not have a manager and the acting manager was not on duty, so I had to speak to the missing supervisor. She and the packer then had an argument and eventually I left the store without my R20, leaving my telephone number with the supervisor. About 30 minutes later the cashier phoned me to apologise and to indicate that I could drive all the way back to the store to come and collect my R20. Later I was offered a R50 PnP gift voucher, but all I want is my R20 to spend at a SuperSpar.
