On Saturday Night we went by the drive through and ordered a streetwise 3, when we got home there was only two pieces, and no salt or tomato sauce packets. We left it at that, accidents happen.. Tonight we also got a streetwise three with a large cole slaw, the cole slaw was going off, and again, no salt or anything.
We took back the cole slaw just before 8pm tonight, and I just informed the Manager on Duty about everything, I figured if nobody tells them then they wont know, she was very friendly and helpful, they all apologised a lot, she said she would make sure it wont happen again, she also gave me a fresh cole slaw and two pieces of chicken, she didn't even once argue or tried giving explanations, this was 10/10 service, more people should handle complaints this good :)
