Tonight my boyfriend and i went to ocean basket in the glen shopping centre. Neither of us were at the glen before, but ocean basket in bedfordview is our favourite and wanted to try the Glenn ocean basket. We waited about 20min for our 8 pieces of sushi for starters. Had just got that when our mains arrived as well. None of our plates have been cleared, i have a photo showing our bread basket, sauces, starter, mains and empty glasses on the table. The fish was so tasteless, the rice watery. I asked for the lemon butter sauces with our dishes, and just got watery rice and dry tasteless fish. Our waiter was nowhere to be seen, when we were ready for our bill he came to asked if everything was ok. We just wanted to get out of there, we wanted desert, but with this bad service we just wanted to get out of there.
