On 06/09/2013 I walked into the Debonairs Branch in Phoenix to hear the delivery guy giving bad attitude to a customer over the phone. Once he put the call down on the customer he replied to his cashier friend "I'm gonna deliver the order and this tune anything I will HIM UP" not thinking that there are other customers in store. Anyway I placed my order at 6:11pm and was told it will take 15-20 min. I enquired on the order at 6:30pm and the cashier said I needed to wait another 5 min when I requested for a refund. I literally saw the baker drop his specular pick it up dust it against the oven and used the same thing to carry on removing the pizza from the oven. I asked again for a refund but wasn't heard I requested for the manger who was dumber stuck and never say a word when the delivery guy replied there is no refund on placed orders. Once again I pointed out what they did wrong and was told by the delivery guy "Madam if you wanna take it up you most welcome to do so" I had no other money to provide a meal for my child and had no option but to take the pizza and leave. I felt like no one was listening, threatened, humiliated and like gosh if only word could express it.
