I called into Beacon isle to order a triple decker meaty feast.. the cashier by the name of Sibusiso Gumede misunderstood my order for a meaty filler pizza. which is exactly what i did not want. now the pizza arrived, what i know is debonairs always has a way of changing their pizza so i thought they had tweaked it a bit until i tasted it.. now when i call back in to tell them what i want they tell me i can not have what i want since i had already tasted the pizza.. how was i supposed to know that they didn't provide the correct pizza.. now i am stuck with a pizza i do not want and was being given attitude on the phone. i need to have this matter sorted asap. i Hope this will make them treat their customers better next time and actually listen to the customer when they order and not jump to conclusions.
