On the 26th of January I ordered a Pizza at Debonairs Maponya mall. The attendant told me that the pizza would take 15minutes. After 30minutes, the pizza wasnt ready!! Not only that, but there the store was full of people who also came to collect their pizza's but their pizza's were also not ready.
I asked for a refund and the attendant told me that the pizza was in the oven and I should wait longer. At this point; I was upset because she wasn't listening to my instruction for a refund.
TO DEBONAIRS, PLEASE TEACH YOUR STAFF that; If I ask for a refund, it means I'm NO LONGER INTERESTED in the pizza!
She then went to the back of the shop, I could see that she was trying to avoid me as I had to keep repeating myself. Then she said she called the manager to authorise the refund. I attempted to call the customer service number to report this, but they said that they could not reach the manager, only to fund out that the manager was in front of the store trying to serve customers & dealing with other people's complaints concerning the SAME ISSUE. I went over to him to demand my refund, he delayed honouring this instruction, then shouted at the attendant before following INSTRUCTIONS!
