We went to the Cresta branch yesterday for breakfast. Most stores did not have electricity so we opted for Panarottis. We were seated, and ordered shortly thereafter. Waiting staff seemed down to a manager and a single waitron. After almost an hour our food finally arrived. Strangely, some people who arrived after us, received their meals before us. 1st round of cutlery still had remnants of the previous diners meal, got a new set, 4 people dining 2 sets of cutlery received. We did not complain, just had the kids eat with their fingers. Ordered white toast, received brown, asked full well down eggs, received runny eggs, we still did not complain. Just paid our bill, and left. If there is going to be a delay, advise your patrons -1hr for food?
We are regular patrons of this branch, as the kids love the play area pizza's. The hygiene has never been exemplary in all my visits here and floors are regularly filthy, i'm not sure if wrong choice of colour in the tiles that the dirt show up quite prominently. We were there on Sunday and again yesterday both instances no soap in the dispensers in the toilets. We love your restaurant, please fix the problems so we can continue supporting u.
