We visited Panarottis Gateway last nite and promise never to return. Please provide proper training for your staff and make sure your promotions are clearly explained to patrons.
been our first time at Panarottis we were given menus and asked to order. The Thursday eat as much as you like was not explained. We ordered 2 kids pizzas and a pizza for my husband and myself. As we waited the waiteress brought us a plate of pizzas and we took a piece each for the 4 of us.By the time we were done our original order came. From our order which we did not complete we asked for the 1 kids and 1 std pizza to be take away. For 4 slices of bottomless pizza we paid R59.90 x 4 . plus paid for our orginal orders.
Not only did your waiteress overcharge us because the kids were supposed to be R39.90 . But she didnt bother to notify us how your special works. Such a rip off . we will never eat at your restaurant again. R490.00 for pizzas for 2 kids and 2 adults - SHOCKING . such cheaters.
