Two of us went to the special on Tuesday night. We ordered a round of drinks followed by our meals. On asking the manager, Lovemore, whether we could take our second pizza away if we couldn't finsh it he said we COULDN'T! Apparently if there are two people you must order 1 special and share it? I argued this point and got nowhere, frustrated and unhappy we ordered 1 special, only to have Lovemore arrive 5 minutes later informing us that, according to his boss we actually COULD order a special and take the leftovers home!!! At this stage i was fed up and told him we were fine, our food had been ordered anyway and was being made! Don't Panarottis want my money? We would have had another round of drinks too! Instead of Panaottis Menlyn making R112 off us, they could have made R220. With only seven tables occupied, they must be doing really well to turn this down! Needless to say I have a very bitter taste in my mouth and will not be going back to Panarottis Menlyn and will definitely think twice about going to a Panarotis again! We WERE eating in and a take away is VERY different from a sit down meal.
