Good day I am very unhappy client Last Friday night at about 18H00 I have phone are towns Debonairs Pizza Ordered a Triple decker Chicken (Randfontein greenhills Gauteng) my husband worked late so I wait and wait for delivery at 19H00 I phone and I the phone ring and ring no one answer wait again (I know its month end) so 19H10 they answer said are pizza are already out for delivery so I wait my husband phone me and said his on his way back from work so by 20H00 still no Pizza try to phone again no answer for 3 times by that time my husband arrived home can't give him food because we are still wait so he said we will go to the shop... busy and overloaded in the place the cashier finally find my Pizza it was not out yet that's 2hours and 20min later and so to be a good person i paid for the Pizza the hole amount but the dot was black my husband said to me that's not right we had to get it free not to make a big thing at the shop I left it but that's not fair I believe its not the customers fault if they don't have more drivers for the volume of the end of the month??? -so unhappy
