Unacceptable delivery time and quality of pizza

I ordered a cheezy chicken triple decker pizza for delivery and was told to wait outside for my delivery by 20:15.. The pizza was only delivered at about 20:50 and on top of that, it was certainly not the type of quality pizza I had grown accustomed to with Debonairs, even with the Lifestyle Crossing outlet.. I certainly hope this trend doesn't continue because it is completely unacceptable, not worth value for money at all
