I went to KFC Kempton Park 2 September 2013, i orderd two of the new BBQ cheese burgers, one was a fullmeal and the other one was only the burger, and 8 hot wings. When i got home and placed my burger on a plate to eat i noticed that the bun was so hard you could actualy kill a bird with it, when i opened the burger i saw the bun burned pitch black. Clearly the bread was old to start with and was toasted more then required to hide the fact that the bread was old. I ended up eating the chicken and cheese only as the bread was not edible. THis is unexceptible, as i was not prepared to drive all the way back and i dont see why i should seeing that im a paying customer and did not get what i paid for. This is not my first complain with the same branch, two weeks ago i went to the same KfC and wanted a strawberry milkshake and there was was no ice cream to make the milkshake and then i wanted hot wings and that was sold out to? Please could you get in contact with this branch to sort out the issues as this is getting rediculous.
