Terrible service at Canal Walk Mugg and Bean

My experience at Mugg and Bean at Canal Walk was terrible.

The service was extremely slow. It took a long time to get our orders. Then the drinks were delayed when something was broken. When the drinks final arrived everything was mixed up. I orders a Soy Peanut Butter Hot Chocolate and one of my colleagues ordered a Peppermint Crisp How Chocolate. But the Peanut Butter had foam sprinkled with Peppermint Crisp and vice versa. Who knows where the soya milk was? Lucky for you nobody was allergic to peanuts.

I had a On The Go breakfast with fried banana. The banana was however just slightly fried on one side with the other side untouched - it didn't even taste like fried banana - just normal banana.

When we were going to pay the waiter bought the card machine to our table... and promptly left. Another waiter came by our table and asked if we paid... and we said no we are still waiting for somebody to help us. He then took the card machine and left to another table.

I will not go to Mugg and Bean soon. There are places with much better service.
