On Wednesday night, a girlfriend and I went out and as per normal went to Mugg and Bean for coffee and something light to snack on. I'm a regular at Mugg and Bean and this is the first time EVER did the waitor bring my coffee with the milk already poured in. I am lactose intolerant and take pills so I am able to drink a little milk but of course the coffee came with the milk in so I couldn't pour it in myself. Secondly, I ordered a scone, so excited to dig in as I have been craving a Mugg and Bean scone for quite a while, the middle of the scone was ICE cold. Due to this it was very doughy. I'm seriously disappointed, I never have a problem at N1 City Mugg and Bean, wish Canal Walk would be the same.
