I've recently broken my leg. I'm ungainly and slow on crutches. Justin met me at the central service area of Mugg & Bean canal walk, carried my bags, took me to the nearest table and pulled out my chair for me. He helped me settle and brought me a menu. He then introduced me to my waiter. He was manning a different part of the restaurant but had gone out of his way to make me comfortable.
What a great, caring guy.
