Why did we even go here?

It was my sisters birthday, so my mum wanted to have a nice breakfast overlooking the ocean. Unfortunately, she chose Mugg and Bean at Suncoast.

Besides the lethargy and mediocrity that passes as waitrons and management at this place, the food presented was dour to be polite.

We were served hard, cold, pre-fried (as in not freshly fried) eggs NOT as per how we requested.

The All American Breakfast we ordered was specifically for the baked beans - what we got was a very tiny scoop of beans in a little glass that is normally for jam or butter, and a sausage that was extremely hard and cold.

Honestly, why would I order a meal for a teaspoon of baked beans? I remember previous All American Breakfasts from other branches and the beans were always a generous if not decent advertised portions - this is what I am paying for right? Upon questioning the waiter on this joke, he merely shrugged his shoulders and called the manager. The manager then responded that this 40grams of beans is what exactly is stipulated by Mugg and Bean as the portion to be served!

ARE YOU SERIOUS? Is this what Mugg and Bean now passes for a breakfast? (I have pics if you want)
