I was the branch @ 5.30PM on Sunday 28 April. The service was so poor I had to find my own table and wait ages for a waiter to serve me. I ordered the new peppermint crisp HOT chocolate which was served to me cold. Also the Fries were full in potato peels, burnt and had a piece of hair in it. I called for the manager on duty Sylvia on duty. She had a bad attitude and stated the fries are Mugg & Bean standard (I'm assuming hair in them is standard as well) she was cold and did not offer to exchange it and just took it away. This is as I have paid for the items. As a regular patron to the Mugg & Bean brand, I would never want to step into the brand again or recommend it to anyone.
