This Friday night passed we took friends from Cape Town to Georgiou Steakhouse in Sunridge Park, Port Elizabeth as this use to be a quality sit in eating place. We ordered the food for us 4 and drinks and were served, but had to return the burned steak as it was over done. The 3 of us carried on with our kilo of ribs and the 4 persons food was not returned for a lengthily period. During waiting for the ladies steak to be return and continuously enquiring as to why they are taking so long. The Blond senior waitress who answered to us as the Manager removed quarter of our loaf of bread from our table without asking as there was not enough space as she replied. She also removed our napkins which we were using to wipe our hands and did not replace them leaving us all uncomfortable to continue eating our Ribs. The 4 plate eventually can to the table when we were about to leave... I complained at the cashier and was told he is the manager and I must just complete a template form with my contact details and he the Manager will phone me on Monday 26/0813 -- THIS UP AND TILL NOW HAS NOT HAPPEN -- NOT A SINGLE WORD, MANAGER JUST WAISTED MY TIME COMPLETING A COMPLAINT FORM...
