Bad attitude, service and cold food

On Sunday 25/08/2013 I phoned in a order at 18;24 and was told it would be 20 minutes then I could collect. I arrived a half hour later and the order was still not ready. I had to wait a further 10 minutes and then my pizza was cold. When I complained and asked for the manager I was told she was out and could they warm the pizza. They put the pizza in the oven for about 3 minutes and gave it back to me. When I said i wanted the owners number they would not give it to me. When I called yesterday the lady who answered was rude to me and told me I will not get to speak to the owner.

I then put a complaint on the Mimmo's website and informed them if I did not hear from them by today I would then take it further.

I am very angry that I spent R222.70 for food that was cold and then I had to go home and still warm it. I am even more angry that no one seems to take my complaint seriously.
