Yesterday 26/02/2013 we ordered pizza from scotters and while placing the order we were put on hold from an average of 10 minutes, then someone else answered and i had repeat my order, we waited over an hour for our food, we live ONE robot away from scotters pizza, when i phoned to complain Penny was extremly rude to me, and when i got angry she laughed at me, i said i wasnt paying for the pizza because it was late she said the 39 minutes order no longer applies but when we eventually recieved the pizza we got a menue and a slp stating that if it was over 39 minutes it was free, i called penny again and she said its fine we must not pay and she will take it from the driver, how is it the drivers fault? im sorry but i will not be spoken to like that, and i will not be odering from scotters anymore, or my family! so disgusted with the service from this woman, who is rude, and apparently she is the manager! very disapointing! and you have someone like that in a manager position! something needs to be done!!
