I have been ordering meals at Meyersdal branch for years for luncheons (loved dealing with Warren) that my Company have frequently due to training, meetings, etc. a while back, I ordered lunches for delegates & Directors, to be delivered by 11H45 latest because lunch is at 12H00 sharp... 12H15 the food arrived. Needless to say, it all still had to be set out so everyone sat around the boardroom table waiting. I spoke to the Meyersdal Branch Manager and told him this was an embarrassment to me as I was the one having to do the explaining, he understood so he said. Last week I ordered more meals for Trainee's. Needless to say, the same story, lunch must be delivered by 11H45 the latest, 12H00, food arrives at 12H20! Can you believe this? Total embarrassment to me once again, having to give explanations as to why the lunch is late. (I phoned the Meyersdal Branch Manager again and complained) (I place my orders by 11H00 latest). So today, no third chance, I have now ordered at Nandos Alberton City. New business to Alberton City Branch and loss of business to Meyersdal Branch. (Must say, the Meyerdal Manager didn't really seem too perturbed from my phone calls). Oh well, life moves on.
