I ordered a toasted sandwich from the Bryanston branch just after 10am, thinking that it's before rush hour so it won't take long. At 11h30 I realised my sandwich was still not delivered I phoned the Bryanston branch where I spoke to the Manager who explained to me that they are busy and that the driver only left at about 11h00. The food only arrived at my office at 11h45 and ice cold.
Sandwich Baron is expensive as well as I have never received good service from them. The food always arrives 2 hours late.
This Is not acceptable!
