I placed a large order of food with Nandos Kyalami for our staff today.
This is not the first time we receive bad service and or quality of food from this branch.
My order was a mix of burger meals, pita meals, wrap meals and 1/4 chicken meals.
The Wraps were half full, leaving you with a half empty wrap of just dough that one has to eat before you actually got out to any filling and the 1/4 chickens (breast parts) were mostly bone and was dry and just unpleasant.
With so many of our staff complaining about the food then something definitely has to be very wrong!
The branch clearly cannot handle large orders or their staff just prepares the meals just to get done with it!
PATHETIC, this is definitely the LAST time i am ordering food from them. And we order food from various places EVERY few weeks.
