INCORRECT BILLINGFOR MEAL STILL NOT SORTED OUT

I've had the rice and tomato relish special (with 1/4 chicken) delivered to my house on Saturday. The meal is advertised for R29.99. I had ordered 2 meals. To my horror, I was charged R42.90 per meal. I had called the manager immediately and she told me that she would call me back and would give me my next 2 meals at no cost - but nothing has happened... Today is Thursday?? Does Nandos not take customer service and loyalty serious??

I've always ordered from this branch (a minimum of 4 times a week)... seriously going to change my preferred branch from today onwards.
