ON FRIDAY 23/08/2013 AN ORDER WAS PLACED @ 8.12 PM, THE ORDER ARRIVED @ 9.53. AFTER MAKING NUMEROUS CALLS (19) THE ORDER ARRIVES AND THE DRIVER HANDS OVER THE ORDER AND WHEN CHECKING THE ORDER, THE FOOD WAS COLD, I THEN CALLED THE SHOP TO COMPLAIN AND THE DRIVER JUMPS INTO THE VEHICLE NOT HANDING OVER THE 2LITRE COKE AS WELL AS NOT COLLECTING THE MONEY. I THEN CALLED THE OWNER IRSHAD AND HIS REPSONSE WAS THEY WONT ANSWER THE PHONE AND HE WILL CALL ME IN THE MORNING. AFTER THE PATHETIC SERVICE HE THEN INSULTS ME AND TELL ME HE WANTS TO LAY CHARGES AND REQUESTS MY BUSINESS DETAILS... THIS IS NOT THE 1ST TIME THAT THE SERVICE WAS SO SHOCKING. HE THEN DEMANDS AND TELLS ME THAT I ORDERED 2 WEEKS AGO AND THE ORDER WAS NOT PAID FOR... WHICH IS NONSENCE AS I HAVENT ORDERED.. FROM THE PATHETIC SERVICE FROM THE MANAGER, DRIUVER... THEN TO RECEIVE IT FROM THE OWNER... THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND DOES NOT WITH THE POLICY AND PREOCEDURES OF DEBONAIRS PIZZA.
