My family and I went to Europa Cafe on Sunday 25th August 2013 for lunch.1hen we arrived we were seated to a table but unfortunately waited for 15 miutes atleast for a waiter to attend to us, very poor considering the restaurant wasn't that busy at all! Eventually the waiter brought menu's to the table and left. No introduction, no welcome.nothing! So I'm like suppose to smell who our waiter was. And when we were ready to order we like had to flag someone down, looking around the restaurant for someone to serve us like a headless chicken, and all the staff just passed the buck, and cleared up a table around us, but no one came to assist. Eventually when a waiter eventually came to assist, she has no clue about the dishes served on the menu. My word what poor service for a well known franchise. More shocking than the service, was that when the chicken dish we ordered came, the chicken was terrible undone. The chicken was still raw on the inside and outside, the meat still. Europa Cafe Parview, this is a real disappointment. The last time I'll be supporting your franchise!
