Booked my order online this evening at 19:28 and it said the order will take about 40 minutes. I stay in rondebosch east which is quite close. Debonairs Rondebosch calls at 20:18 to say the driver's lost, so I gave directions, its now 21:13 and myself and my husband are still waiting. We 're half starving, this was supposed to be supper. Don't you have an area mapping system in place. You 're a huge franchise and this is unacceptable!!! So does this mean when a driver can't find the place the customer is left wondering and not another call from your branch?
