On Thursday morning 6:10 I turned into the KFC in Rustenburg to order my daily cappuccino. I went through the drive thru cos it was a bit chilly. I waited so long and while im waiting I see this lady standing in the kitchen and it seems like wiping a machine looking at me a couple of times but still carrying on with her duties. The security officer came to me after a while and did explain that there is no staff to accompany me at this window. All well and understanding I moved to the collection window. There I question the lady about opening times and her respond where shocking telling me that everyone knows to come straight to this window... with that I responded who knows to come straight to this window and she replied: 'All our fellow citizens' She then turned her back towards me and kept herself busy and ignoring me. Looking at her I could see the arrogant behavior and decided... you know what I rather go to Macdonnalds 100m away and there I receive with a smile and quick service my cup of cappuccino. My question is: when will the employee understand that customers are their income and not the other way around? Regards, Adriaan Engelbrecht.
