No shame in being lazy!

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
I am not the complaining type and usually a very patient person but when it comes down to being down right lazy, I have NO tolerance! I recently purchased two cappuccino's from the drive- through window at the KFC. It was not during a peak time as I was the only car and basically the only customer there. Not only did the order take about 5 minutes, but the lady working at the receiving window to my face when I asked her for a cup holder for the cappuccino's and she replied that there are none. Only when I told her that it would be impossible for me to drive holding two cups did she casually stroll the whole 5 steps to the cupboard, just to reveal that they did indeed have cup holders! It was a miracle that suddenly it appeared out of nowhere! I know that I am not an important customer that purchased hundreds of rands goods, but I am a customer and don't like being to straight to my face with such an attitude.
