After what was a pleasant evening out, we decided to stop to get a couple of cheeseburgers to curb our hunger pains until breakfast. We pull into the drive through to be told something though the intercom system but as we could not make out what they were trying to say, we just drove through to the next window. Here we saw an employee they clearly saw us but chose to ignored us, so we drove through to the next window. Here the window was open and another employee saw us from across the store and very slowly made their way over to our window. When she got to us there was no greeting, no apology but merely the statement; "Our systems are off-line we can't take your order. Come back later." When I tried to ask her how long it would take, she merely cut me off saying "this happens every night and there is nothing I can do" and shrugged her shoulders.
No interest in helping the client, zero etiquette. Shocking conduct and the last McDonald's will see of me as this is the second bad experience at McDonalds Woodlands!
