Abt 3 months ago, went to this restuarant... ordered ribs & chicken wings... on eating the wings found a metal wire in one of them... called Management over... lady by the name of Jeniel came over... we showed her the wire..she was completely shocked... did not even offer to exchange my food... just took down my number and said someone would call me... 3 months later and I am still waiting... not that I am shocked abt that as after reading all the complaints about Spur, it does not leave me surprised at all... responses seem to be in the form of automated replies!!!...I went there again last night, as I live only 5 minutes away from the Spur, we often frequent there... saw Jeniel again and told her no-one has contacted me yet... once again... the same line was said... she advised she would take my details down again when paying at the till which is where she was last night... from the time of discussing it with her to the time of paying was abt 5 minutes and still she did not take my details down... obviously has a short memory span!!!.needless to say I advise most of my friends, who are many in the area... not to go there as the service is shocking..dont send me an automated reply!!
