What a disgrace to the kfc franchises. After standing in the drive trough lane for 15 minutes i came to the pick up window just to find out that for the hundredth time that they dont have the order that i all ready paid for. They just decided to replace my order with something else without consulting me. When i started to complain about the price difference they had the odassity to ask me wether i would like an icecream instead of my money back. This is an ongoing problem with this franshise. This was not the first time that this happened. When i asked to speak to the manager they calmy said smiling that the manager was busy and that i couldnt speak to him. Never have i had such terrable service from any other franchise. This is an ongoing problem at this franchise. Worst experiance eve
