Today I went to go buy lunch at Steers while I was still busy talking to the poor cashier the lady (supervisor/manager) just rudely interapted us and began to shout and rebuking him (the cashiier) in front of us. That was not right at all. She humiliated her own staff in front of the customer. she gave me a very bad perception about the way she treats her subordinates.
