Today i called steers commercial rd at lunch time and place and order for a hero roll for collection asking the person on the other end how much etc, which when he could hardly speak properly was hard for me to hear. After place my order and finding out the price i hung up the fone. Not 1 min later the person i spoke to from steers calls my cell and says what is my problem why did i hang up? When i arrived at steer to collect the order there were 2 ladys in the kitchen and one male in the front (sandile i think his name was) His attitude was absolutely terrible and was not only rude and unhelpful towards me but to other clients too. One of the ladies in the kitchen actually shouted to me asking me if she could help which in my opinion was really good thinking as she could she that i was getting mad cause i was being treated like rubbish and she should be swopped out with the rude in the front. Terrible service yet again steers . you really need to check your staff
