On 30 Nov there were in excess of 60 persons queueing in FNB.
The manager of Steers was not prepared to wait his turn and cut in front of everyone.
When it was pointed out to him that this did not create a good impression of himself or Steers, he shrugged and walked away.
He does not have any manners, respect for other persons including Steers clients and is a disgrace to Steers.
