I approached Steers Petroport Durban Northbound at 3am on 9th March 2013 where I was told by a cashier Small Cukaha that there was no food available as they were cleaning the griller. I then asked to speak to the manager Mr Gaya then informed me the same as cashier with bad additude. I then informed him that i would take this matter further. Mr Gaya stated that "I shall do what I want". I think this is very poor service as well as managers ar enot trained accordingly to deal with customer satisfaction and customer queries. I hope some manager from steers could answer why a 24 hours steers is opened if there is no food available.
