I made the mistake of trying to take advantage of the Tuesday promotion. I initially placed an order with the Woodstock branch and was not told about a delivery charge. So when the driver arrived asking for one, I phoned the branch again in front of him and was told that I should have been notified, which is a very simple thing to do, yet I was not. I sent him back with the order as I had never experienced this before. I then phoned the Rondebosch branch as I had ordered from there before, and had not faced similar problems in the past. I then proceeded to place an order. The order has still not arrived as I type this, and it was placed more than 2 hours ago. I called to find out what the problem was, but alas, there was no manager on duty so naturally everything should fall apart. I will never consider St Elmos again. After giving this excuse for a business several opportunities to impress me, I have thrown in the towel. What an absolute waste of time.
