Lack of service at Halaal St Elmo's Woodstock

On Saturday, June 1, 2013 at 21h40 I gave the staff an order and there was only one customer in the store. At 22h03 I asked about he delay and then phoned the owner, Mr Safodien.
I explained the situation to Mr. Safodien, he phoned his employees. I was glad that he did, because under the " Audi alteram partem " rule it's procedurally fair and I was curious as to the delay. He then phoned me back to tell me that whenever I come to his store I cause a scene and... I was shocked. Somehow I became the problem. He went on further to inform me that he doesn't need my business.
I left & went to St Elmos Koeberg Rd, it took 11 min to be done completely.
As a Muslim, I supported St Elmo's Woodstock because it is Halaal & run by a Muslim owner. But I am sorry, I have never felt so insulted. The service was abysmal.
I spend between R350 to R800 pm. on pizza at St Elmos Wdstck
What exactly did 6 employees do in 25 minutes? Then?
What is your excuse for your horrific service?
Is it because you have a Halaal establishment, in Cape Town that you don't have to concern yourself with service?
My right under Section 10 of Constitution is being infringed.
The Evidence is clear!
