We buy regularly from St elmos in boksburg. We have experienced many times that we received the incorrect order, and phoned them, and its always just "Im sorry". I ordered a pizza four seasons last night, i received a four cheese pizza. Big difference? Remarkable this is after norma repeated the order back to me. I had the same three months ago, and actually put a complaint in at head office. I made it clear i dont want free food, i want what i order and what i paid for? Its a simply request. Why is it so difficult for St elmos to get a correct order to a customer. Always a problem. This branch staff needs serious training and ASAP. Its very frastrating, unexceptable and unprofessional.
