On the evening of the 18th of August my partner and I decided to visit throbbing strawberry. We initially started outside with cocktails and then moved inside as the weather subsided to have dinner. While chatting, having starters and scanning the menu for our main meals, the waiter (Chester) came up to us and hands us a bill that we hadn't requested, not only did he stand their waiting for payment, he demanded that I pay separately for the drinks we initially had outside as he was leaving and he needed his tip. I lost my entire appetite & I refused to pay until we had dinner and were ready to leave. He then clicked his tongue and walked away. A little while later a lady approached us, also a waiter, asking if I had settled the bill yet and in complete frustration I said no, I would settle it at the end all together, a little later Wellington came to take our order and I immediately asked him for the manager after asking Chester and the female waitron. To my absolute shock almost two hours later when we were getting ready to leave at about 10pm I asked Wellington for the manager for the fourth time and he told me that the manager had already Left. What a disappointing visit :-(
