MANAGER SHOULD BE ASHAMED

I am absolutely disgusted with the service of the Manager at Mugg & Bean Ballito. My grandmother and I went out for lunch at 3:00pm on Saturday the
26 January 2013. When the runner bought our drinks he fumbled over the tray and dropped both drinks all over my grandmother, directly onto her. She was drenched
and had to return home to change after lunch so that we could continue shopping.

The staff immediately assisted. The manager did not return at any stage come
to apologize (although he had been standing nearby when this happened) he instructed the WAITER to apologize for the mishap of the runner and once we had settled again, he did not come to ask if the food was all right, he then again sent the WAITER to our table to inform ust the drinks were on the house.

The staff were efficient and helpful and it was after all an accident, But I am truly disgusted and shocked by the ethics of the Manager and the poor example he set to his staff. As the manager he should of offered my grandmother a free meal and apologized profusely to her, he should of ensured that the rest of our experience at Mugg & Bean was delightful. Managers that chase customers away should be up for review.
