We are regular customers at all mugg and beans. We love sitting and working on our laptoprs while our kids shop and meet up with their friends in the mall/s. Today the 13th July 2013, we made our way to Clearwater. Arriving we went to mugg and bean and was greater by a misserable short stocky female manager who was already not that happy to serve us. We asked for a table with a plug and she promplty responded none were availible and we would have to wait till there is one. She went on and we waited.
Anther manager (female) asked us if we needed a table. Again we asked for table with a plug to work at. She asked fo how long and we responded an hour or two. She refused to seat us and said we cannot work at the mugg and bean.
The first manager was called who by now had a attitude. I asked for the owners details which she refused to give.
I don think we will get an appology or maybe even a call for his service complaint but i want mugg and bean to know that as from today we wll not frequent it as we usually do faithfully. Walking up the escallator we found another restaurant just to eager to make us as comfortable as we ca be. Rather spend the usual saturday R300 - 400 here.
