The Palms for lunch on 05/08/13 Arrived at 13:55 and I grabbed a menu and walked towards the back of the restaurant not long a waitress had approached us to inform us that due to her being the only waitress, we should sit nearer to the other people. I told her it's no problem and that I'm here for sushi and was told she's not sure if they serve sushi on a Monday, but she would find out for me. My husband went to order drinks while we waited for her to return. I saw her walking past us all the time but never stopped with the info on sushi. I had eventually decided to go ask myself, because by then it had been 30 minutes. The people I had counted in the place were about 8. being 3 groups when she saw me approaching she told me no sushi on Mondays which I then asked if she couldn't just tell me earlier. she also approached with a disgusting attitude telling the manager I was going on because sushi wasn't served that's when I explained that no customer should wait for a half hour just for a query on the menu. It's the 2nd time we've received such service from the same waitress named Adele We on many occasion had huge bookings 14/02/13 which was when the first incident with Adele happen
