Wednesday 4 of us decided to brave 1/2 price sushi but chose to go for lunch as we have had many bad experiences when attempting to go for dinner. We got there & were seated soon after. The men placed orders for hake combo specials & seeing the sushi bar was full we placed sushi orders with the waitress as this is what we had been advised to do in the past. After a short wait (20 min) 2 plates arrived! Wow, we thought. The men waited, but then proceeded to eat as their food was getting cold. We waited for our sushi & waited. 40 min after placing our orders we asked our waitress where our sushi was, she went to go check. She came back & informed us that they had not even STARTED making it. I am VERY tired of being given the excuse that Weds are busy & you have to wait. And let me tell you that I nearly exploded when the manager said there was an hours wait. After 1 hr and 20 minutes our sushi finally arrived. Our partners, having received & finished their food 1hr ago, had to sit & wait while we ate. It's not good service to serve a table their meals separately & complaints seem to wash over heads all the time. I've had enough of the excuses, you will be loosing many local customers.
