On Wednesday 18 Dec three of us wejt to JD for sushi special. Ons peron had Calamari other two had sushi. Calamari arrived at table about 20 minutes after order was placed. Sushi only served half hour later! Calamari meal was finished even before other two meals were serviced. First one member of party ate his meal while others watched and waited then first person had to wait and watch other two eat. Was defenately not an experience we enjoyed.
The lame excuse by JD was that half price sushi evening is popular and that was pesented as the reason for our bad experience. The Restaurant was probably half full and if they know the place is husy and the sushi will take longer they must time the warm meals better to bring food out together.
Ee could also see around us that other patrons tuat ordered sushi were also waiting very long.
This makes a bit of a farce of a speciql evening. Maybe special price but defenately not special customer experience. I will in future rather try different restaurant.
