Epic fail Piatto Eastgate

We arrived at the restaurant at 15.30 and still didn't have our food by 17.00. Our waiter Collen constantly disappeared, the waiter assisting him spoke to us in Zulu so we told him to please speak English since we could not understand what he was saying. He told us Zulu is his home language and gave us the impression he was well within his rights to communicate to us in that language. We asked to see the manager more than once but Collen said no, finally the manager appeared on the floor and we explained the very poor service, his waitrons attitude problems and the lack of communication between them and our table. We then asked for our bill which never came. While talking to the manager Israel was busy shouting in the background saying we must "voetsek" and the manager Mesheack just stood there when Israel swore at us and disrespected us, in Zulu and in front of the manager himself and the rest of the restaurant. He wasn't even our waiter... Collen was. We got up and left and as much as we love Piatto we will never recommend this branch nor go there again. DISASTER! We were ignored, sworn at, disrespected and we are utterly disgusted!!!
