I went to steers this morning, I must add i was the only customer in the store, one lady behind the till typing on the computer, She ignored me totally. I stood for about 5 minutes waited... nothing. I asked if she can maybe take my order., she looked at me and said " cant you see that i am bisy??? i was stunned. she looked down and carried on typing on the computer. I asked is there no one else that can help me. she said i am nearly done just wait... after my husband got there (he went to put out shopping in the car) i said to him they dont want to help me? she looked up and said what do you want to order? just like that, My husband said that we must go he doesnt want to order there. I am very upset about this wont go to steers safeway again please train your staff accordingly
